Cookware --- institutional-sized pots and pans, servingware, etc.
A decent can opener---maybe one that can be mounted under a cabinet? Or a nice, heavy-duty hand-crank type would be great.
Dish soap, paper towels, other cleaning supplies (see next)
Cleaning items --- brooms, mops, buckets, cleaning liquids and sprays
Bathroom cleaning supplies
Metal folding chairs
Coat racks, wooden hangers
Weed-eater, yard tools, snow shovels
Tools of all kinds
