The fee for renting the facility is $135 (full use of the facility – excluding the costume room and office). This includes the space, chairs, tables, dishes, silverware, and glassware. There is a $50 security/damage deposit which is payable at the time of the reservation and will be refunded according to our contract/lease agreement. Rental of linens is an additional $25. There is service for approximately 100 people. And remember…we are handicapped accessible. So make your reservation as soon as possible in order to receive the date you need for your event.
