Responsibilities:
To establish, maintain, and publish TitW's schedule of productions, keeping seasons booked more than one year in advance, as well as maintain the calendar of events at the Quam.
 
Finance:

Responsibilities:
Supervise the activities of the treasurer and effectively manage TitW assets. Work with the treasurer to establish an annual budget, with particular attention paid to managing the endowment fund and overseeing expenditures related to maintenance of the Quam. (Individual directors are responsible for generating production budgets and for performance against those budgets.)
 
 Fundraising:

Responsibilities:
To generate and distribute an annual letter soliciting financial support, ensure contributors receive thanks as appropriate, pursue grant support, and establish and implement new ventures in fundraising. The Fundraising Committee will provide the Finance Committee with fund drive budget and goals.

Responsibilities:
To organize the sustenance and amusement following monthly business meetings, Christmas Party, Halloween Party, summer picnic, etc. To organize occasional field trips to other theaters for social, entertainment, and educational purposes.
